We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Once your order has been placed, please allow the following timeframes:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Standard delivery (NZ): 2–5 business days after dispatch
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for current offers.
International Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand. International shipping availability may vary — please contact us for enquiries.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to the nature of our products (fragrance and personal care), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
